Unfortunately, the owner Marco thinks that a glitch in the Open Table system that gave us 2 reservations, is worth the $25 additional charge that makes returning customers (who always give a wonderful review) upset enough to write this.

Shame on him for his lack of customer service! Looks like we will try Lucia Italian Restaurant after all....He can't keep treating customers poorly and expect nothing to happen!
