I was very unsatisfied with my order from A1 Pizza. First I wanted waited over a hour&half for food then when I received it, it was horrible. The onion rings were rock hard, they forgot my sauce, only thing that was decent was the chicken ,to bad only received two peices in the A1 Nibbler... I will never order from there again

This is so frustrating. Called for a single pizza to be delivered. Told 45 minutes to an hour. I said, "OK." We are now waiting for over 1 hour and 40 minutes. Called and placed on "hold" for over 5 minutes. Never came back to me. We now have re-called over 65 times and getting consistent busy signal. They are clearly not doing something right.

Inconsistent and over price. Charge for delivering.
drivers are great but there the one that take a beating because they are so over priced

This pizza was amazing, it is my first time and it is better then any other pizza in Newport. I highly recommend this restaurant!

As a native islander, I've sampled many pizzas over the years....and tho I've occasionally sampled pizzas from other venues, A-1 pizza is consistently perfect; never over-done; crust is perfect; sauce is lovely, & not skimpy; also cheese not over-done, unless requested. I can always count on a divine pizza from A-1.

Food was good, But have to use the bathroom soon after everytime. The staff seem a little strange and boderline friendly.

Pizza is amazing esp. the specialty pizza's. Zorba is a personal favorite.

I have been coming here for years and now my children come here they love the pizza and the grinders are so good much different from other places. The staff is very friendly and the place looks fantastic and clean. Keep up the good work

Wings were disgusting. I asked for non-breaded and crispy...I got breaded and undercooked. Expensive too.
