Food is great....service, not so much. It took over an hour for it to get delivered. When I called to find out where my food was, the person was very rude, like how dare I call and inquire about my food! Really bad service. Definitely will not be ordering delivery from there again.

Food is great... SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!
First, if you order food from Wrap Shack don't get delivery it will take FOREVER sometimes 2 hours and if you call they are rude about it.
I thought I would give the wrap shack another chance, where the food is delicious, WHAT A BIG MISTAKE.. I was actually in the restaurant waiting for someone to wait on my friend and I. The girl at the front, who has always been unbelievably rude ignored us while she was "looking for something." She could talk to her co-workers but not PAYING customers! Then, to top it off the phone rings, the man who was cooking comes over (probably the owner), answers the phone, takes the order and ignores my friend and I. I have never been treated to rudely in my life. And today with this economy and a tiny place, such as the wrap shack they should really UP their customer service. People will stop eating there if they are treated rudely every time.
GO TO BRISTOL BAGEL WORKS!! AWESOME SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD!
