The calzone I had was fantastic, and the food is consistently made as ordered with generous portions at a reasonable price. While the staff were friendly and the service quick, there was a minor issue with the phone system and a billing mistake on one occasion, but overall, the experience has been positive, making it a regular choice for my weekly orders.

Got the worst meal ever from there tonight French fries were like mashed potatoes mozzarella sticks were burnt and the roast beef grinder was loaded with mayo and soggy. I normally wouldn't post anything but when I called to complain I got"¦..well we can make your order again or give you a credit in our book. No sorry about that we will see what happened nothing so it sounds to me like this is a regular thing that happens there. So now I have a credit on the books for a place I'll never go to again. Lesson learned!!!!!! Now you'll be on my books when someone asks for a good place to get grinders and pizza! Lesson learned???????

Where I come from the call it subs. Grinders in RI though. I'll get used to it and enjoy the taste either way.

This place used to be good but has gone downhill. I left 1 star because It was the lowest option available after waiting over an hour and a half my pizza was over cooked yet cold. I should have gone Classic. Even Sabitados is better than this.

Well I tried them again...very rude...waited a long time for pick up...food is good, but service is horrible...

waited over 1 hour for 2 orders of fish and chips, and while I was waiting I saw orders going out to people they knew, eat in orders, and delivery. all over tips and favouritism. not happy with the way this new owner runs a business. this never happened with Billy and his crew. I ordered at 515pm and left at 645pm still empty handed and frustrated! never again!

Best pizza in town! Subs are delicious! Employees are friendly and always make you feel welcome. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to little details. 5/5 stars!!!

I recently called famous pizza for an order and the person who took the phone order really has an attitude problem.They got our order wrong.. The place has changed since the last owner. I have been going to famous for years, but have noticed a change and not for the good.... rating a 3.5

Good pizza. Nice place with friendly people. They recently fixed the place up. I think somebody new bought the place. Anyway, so far so good.

I have been going to famous since I was a young teenager. I love their food & the food has not changed! I forget the man's name (horrible I know) & he has NEVER forgotten who i am. I am greeted & asked how I'm doing, we joke or have a simple conversation. I've never had a bad experience in the 14yrs I've been going here. The employees have come & gone, most of them pleasant. The crew that is there now is great, never a dull moment. I love that the restaurant has never changed. It all looks the same as when I first walked in the door, homey for me. Food is great, delivery is always on time even when they're busy & I've never gotten cold food delivered. Small family owned businesses are the best !
