Ordered food for pick up, and front of house person (young female) was rude. Gave her my name and said I was there to pick it up. She wouldn't give me my food I paid for unless I showed proof I ordered food and paid for it. Who walks into a restaurant and gives a name for pickup and walks out with food that isn't theirs? I had to sit down in my pajamas, change my password to my email to get into my seamless account to prove I ordered food. The $50 lunch was going to suck because I had to drive there to pick it up and then deal with some punk who treated me like a homeless person thief.
So annoyed. And was the food that good truly? No. The ramen that I ordered with chicken had greyish-colored meat and only a little bit. The corn dog thing was disgusting. Hopefully, my husband will like the fried rice and kimchi I bought him for dinner. Will not order here again just because of the rude person at the front who clearly needs a leash to go with that nose/cow ring.
