I highly DO NOT recommend this little "restaurant/market shop".
The restaurant has a strange menu and the service is OK (sometimes..) and terrible (MOST OF THE TIME). It's a really awkward environment ESPECIALLY when you're dining in... This is because the dining room is ALSO the market. While you're trying to eat, there are people walking in and out and around you. It's a really strange concept that will make you feel uncomfortable.
One time while I was dining in, the owner brought their dog and my waitress started petting it and touching the dogs face... Immediately afterwards, the waitress started delivering food and continued serving tables WITHOUT washing her hands... It was pretty disgusting...
Good luck on asking them for suggestions. I've asked suggestions for beer (in their market) and unfortunately purchased some terrible tasting options and the Manager won't return anything. So good luck... They would rather loose your future business and loyalty.
And BTW, they randomly decide to close shop... Their hours are usually wrong.
It's unfortunate, because Manchester is such an up-and-coming area full of young professionals. I wish this market had a better MARKETING STRATEGY and concept. Manchester would love to have a better quality market & restaurant. I do not recommend dining here or shopping here. There are plenty of high quality restaurants and markets right across the river.
