This Vietnamese restaurant in Richmond has the best pho I've ever had, and I'm still craving it even after moving away. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food comes out quickly, maintaining great flavor and quality every time. With generous portions and fair prices, it's definitely worth the trip whenever I'm back in town.
