If I could leave no stars I would! I just left the winery after being seated for 20 min and not one time were we approached by a server. Horrible customer service if you ask me. We made eye contact with multiple servers who were all helping the tables around us but not once were we told that they would be right with us. We sat empty handed for 20 min, not even water was offered to us, that's a waste of my time. I understand I'm not a member but this was my 1st time going to this winery and I will never set foot into it again. How are people supposed to become members when you show them horrible customer service. I loved the look and the outside is beautiful. So if you're trying to go for just the view it's perfect but everything else was horrible.
