Staff is often slow. They are often not alert to guests who may need a refill or something.

The manager is terrible and rude to the elderly people there. The staff is great, but he has been rude several times. My elderly father was told to go sit out in the 104 degree weather and couldn't be seated until my mother was there - who had dropped him off due to his difficulty in walking. The place was half empty. This is not the first time the manager has been rude and inconsiderate. For the high prices, average environment, and average food, the rudeness is unacceptable to the people that pay for the restaurant to exist! Need new management and new menu. The service staff has always been apologetic for the rudeness of the terrible manager that yells at them. It is embarrassing!
