Great service and good food!

Harrys cafí© has the worst customer service!!!
The manager is awful. He said that I insulted him by saying it was not good quality lettuce. He went to the back fridge and pulled out the lettuce to show me and said I was the one that doesn't know about salads. He didn't see anything wrong with selling someone $7 dollars of iceberg lettuce!
After arguing with him for 5 minutes he said what do u want? I told him I want my money back. Then he said why did I want my money back after eating half of the salad. He was so rude and nasty! I have NEVER returned food and when I did he made a huge stinkk over $7 dollars. What's even worse was that he argued with me in front of other customers and employees. He forever lost a customer over $7 dollars.
If a customer has a complaint, make it right u dum dum. Especially if th ey are frequent and loyal customers like I was. I m taking my money elsewhere
