My wife thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp tacos at this Mexican restaurant, despite not being of Mexican or white ethnicity. Having grown up in San Diego and spent time in Baja and Guadalajara, I have visited numerous Mexican eateries over my 67 years and can attest to the authenticity of the food and the friendliness of the staff at this particular establishment. The hard shell shredded beef tacos were reminiscent of the homemade ones from my childhood, loaded with delicious fillings and served with moist, house-made rice and beans. The salsa bar offered a variety of heat levels to suit different preferences, making it a satisfying dining experience overall.
