I went here with my girlfriend on a Sunday (Dec.20) It was not hard to find. We were sitted right after we came in.
We had some mozzarella sticks for our appetizers then I ordered the 7oz sirloin and a soda. My girlfriend got a chicken penne and a raspberry iced tea.
We were having a good time eating when suddenly i heard a CRACK!!! I thought my girlfriend broke her tooth or something until she spit outa BROKEN GLASS (OMG!) I looked at the glass and noticed it's the same glass they use where they put their sodas. Then i called a waitress and told her about it. She took the broken glass and FIVE minutes later, here came the Assistant General Manager and apologized, offered to replace the chicken penne (which my girlfriend refused bec she lost her appetite already) and offered free desserts which we refused.
To think that this is our first time here, I'd definitely not make a return visit. No Way! Good thing my girlfriend didn't sue them or something bec if that glass could have caused injury to her... man.... i don't know!
Oh yeah, thanks.. they didnt charge us for the chicken penne.... but at least they asked us to pay for the rest. Great Service!... not.
