Went to Sushi Ray tonight. Under new management. Or should I say, mismanagement? Worst sushi I have ever had, bar none. I've had better sushi at a Chinese or Korean buffet. I've had better sushi from the grocery store. Rice was crunchy and dry, fish was fishy and gross, yellowtail may have been soaked with bleach to cover the smell of rot. How do you make spicy tuna with no flavor at all? They over-sauce everything to cover up their shortcomings. It's that bad. Why, Max? WHY?!?!? You should never have let them use your name.
