The atmosphere here feels welcoming, with friendly service and quick turnaround that suits my cravings perfectly. Although I wish there were more options for egg rolls and spring rolls, the quality of the hibachi and spicy chicken has me coming back for more, especially the teriyaki chicken and white sauce that I can't resist.

Our family has been eating at Hibachi Express @ Bonsack for years(started when they were at Valley View Mall). Meals have always been delicious and quite large portions. Cleanliness of restaurant is excellent. The owners and their sons are some of the kindest people you could ever meet. They even recognize our families voices on the phone & know our orders for take-out by heart😊

Salmon roll was just salmon and rice, nothing else to it, didn't seem that fresh and was not appealing. Combination dinner with chicken, beef, shrimp, was dry and not worth it. Miso soup was terrible.
