The staff and food were delightful, providing excellent service and delicious dishes. However, I was disappointed by the unsanitary state of the bathrooms. Despite this setback, the overall experience was positive, with generous portions and attentive service from our server, Kayla W.

Called order in and scheduled pick up for 6:45. I got there@ 7:00 in line behind a lady that had been there more than 30 minutes. There was no one at front to check customers out. A waitress came up and question what I needed but said she was unable to help because she couldn't access the register. What she did do was went to the back to tell the blonde young girl we were there to pick up order. I saw here look around the corner and then disappeared. I then waited approximately another ten minutes maybe more before the young blonde girl came to check orders that were sitting on the counter all this time. One of the three that was there was mine. Once she handed me my order to catch which was wrong she walked off to the kitchen to she what happened.No customer service concerns at all so I just left. My order was buffalo wings and fries pickle spears. They prepared fried wings with buffalo sauce on the side with a pickle spear not fried pickle spears the menu item. Downtown Roanoke location
