My expectations were low - just hoped for a NOT Terrible pizza. Given that low bar, Mamma Maria's still managed to under perform. I thought I'd be a nice guy and called in advance - 5 pm - to schedule my 7:30 pm pick up. Big mistake. They obviously made the pizza right away and kept it in a warmer for two+ hours. So, of course, the mediocre Sicilian pizza was 50% dehydrated when I picked it up on time at 7:30. The chicken on top transformed into chicken jerky. The middle of the pizza retained some of its mosisture. But the jerkified chicken ruined even that. I knew Mamma Maria's was a so-so "Italian" restaurant. But I never expected an hours old "gas station" pizza kept under heat lamps. Just go to Little Caesars and save yourself a lot of money. Mamma Maria's just permenantly lost a customer. I live in Salem and will put the word out. Stay away.

I love their italian dressing Flavors pop in your mouth! The lobster bisque is sooo good
