Amazing butternut squash ravioli and BBQ Nachos. We're all fat and happy after the meal! :)

They also have the best gluten free kitchen in the area

I was attracted to the widely publicised gluten free aspect of this restaurant and even booked to stay in the adjoining hotel, but what a disappointment! Almost everything on the gluten free menu is prepared with cheese or covered in cheese! People with gluten sensitivity tend to have dairy sensitivity. It just defeats the purpose of having a special gluten free menu, with the majority of options being cheese based. In the end I had to leave my hotel daily to get gluten free meals elsewhere in Rochester. I do hope the folks at Twigs would take a more sensible approach to their gluten free menu, especially as Mayo Clinic is the major attraction drawing people to their services.
