I've been a fan of this bakery for decades, ever since my mom worked there nearly 50 years ago. The smile cookies are my ultimate favorite, and I make sure to grab some every time I'm in Rochester. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the baked goods are made fresh daily. It's a true gem that I can't resist visiting whenever I'm in town.

Best bakery! I moved years ago but whenever I come home it's Jackson's bakery! Such great birthday cake! I wish I could have it shipped to me!

Been going to Jackson's Bakery for over 50 years now - their cheesecake kuchen (with or without pineapple) is a legendary fave with my family and my last workplace! Their oatmeal raisin cookies are unbelievable!! And their mountaintop dinner rolls are the best!! Their pastries and fruit bars and radio bars-the list goes on & on!! Please don't ever go away! This is the best bakery ever! Love the retro look! Reminds me of the "once best bakery" in Webster. Utz's. No longer there. Jackson's cakes are so similar they could be brothers! The frosting is sooo good!! Thank you for baking for us! Again, please don't ever close up!

I have loved Jackson's since I was a young boy. We have moved to the east side but always look for an excuse to stop at Jackson's when we are in Greece. Great chocolate cake!

i worked around the corner from jacksons for years i would stop in when i got out of work in the mornings all the time. the wippedcream cakes were the best i am in a wheelchair now and can't get over the curb to get into the store i really miss it

The products r very good but the staff is not friendly at all. They dont seem to enjoy their job. Ive been there several times and get the same treatment.

Our family has gotten chocolate torte kicks there for every birthday that we ever celebrated. They are absolute delicious! The butterscotch pecan ring is also wonderful !!

Best chocolate torte cake in the world.....their Danish & individual pineapple upsidedown cakes are awesome....the fact that it is cash only isn't a problem for me .....love the Olde World feeling....takes me back in time

Our family use to shop there until 1990's. Bakery hasn't made it into the 20th century in payment options. Meaning: NO CHECKS and more importantly, NO CREDIT CARDS!!!! Owner excused this by saying prices are lower than other bakery's. That's just not so. He claims it's a "RETRO" shop. Only thing RETRO is cash registars. Other bakeries are conducting business in 21st century without sacrificing old world taste. Suggested if payment option is cash only, he might want to post that on entrance door. His response was, "don't tell me what to do," in a very rude manner. Today's date: 09/30/2015.

I miss Jacksons bakery it was a Christmas tradition at my mom's to get Cherry Danish for Christmas morning. Now I live 400 miles away and miss the danish. They are the best!

Cream Puffs are just to die for! I don't own a car right now but I bug my friend almost every other day to take me to Jacksons for my "fix" of cream puffs! Their other products are great too!

Every holiday,it is our custom to always visit Jackson's Bakery on Stone Rd.
The mountain rolls are THE BEST and also their baked goods are delicious.
This Easter,we are trying the Cheese Kuchen for the first time.
The staff is always helpful and cheerful.
We LOVE Jackson's!!
