Dinner with my family enveloped us in a warm atmosphere, complemented by attentive service and mouthwatering chicken parm. After a challenging day, the comfort of the shrimp carbonara and delicious garlic bread lifted my spirits, making every bite a celebration of Italian cuisine that I'll cherish long after my visit.

Family atmosphere, good service, and delicious chicken parm made for a great dinner experience. Ordering through Grubhub usually leaves me slightly disappointed, but tonight's comfort pasta was fantastic and lifted my mood. The shrimp carbonara was hands down the best food I've had in a long time, although the prices were on the steep side.

We used to go to Granpa Sams frequently but on a recent visit (Friday Nov 3rd) remembered why we stopped going 5 years ago. Arrived at 5:05. A family of 4 seated immediately before us. They received drinks and appetizers before anyone came over for our drink order. That family had eaten and was paying their bill before our food arrived and this was 6:15. By 6:25 we were totally disgusted and requested our food be wrapped we were done waiting. Paid and left without enjoying dinner. We had appetizer and bread for dinner. We will NEVER. Go back. Very disappointed. Bad apple is 500% better and gives excellent t customer service. Go there for instead
