Very bad floor manager sarcastic rude very bad personality. We had a party of seven and asked for a different table his attitude was very bad from the beginning and said if we did not like the table we should leave and swore at us. It was Sat at 5:30 May 25 2024. We left and he made a very vulgar remark at us as we left the Restaurant ?????

Celebrating our anniversary so decided to splurge and go to Hedges. Very disappointed. Food was mediocre at best, Service was good. Setting is lovely but decor is very outdated.
Better to have smaller portions of delicious food than large portions of ordinary food. We won't go there again. The area has so many excellent options.

I just left Hedges for what I had hoped would be a great celebratory dinner with my husband to celebrate his recent retirement. I was beyond disappointed with our experience!!! Our bread was cold and hard and arrived without butter, Our salads were insignificant and literally came with a bottle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil that were mostly empty. Then came our entrees... I had the Prime Rib which was cold and under-cooked ($35.00) and my husband had the Sea Bass Special ($42.00) which was NOTHING SPECIAL!!!! I will never go back for a dinner at Hedges . I would suggest that You Step up your Game! There are way too many choices in Rochester.

First time their and atmosphere is lovely especially. But food leaves something to be desired. Lack of seasoning been cooking for 50 years so I feel I can comment. Fish fry tasteless but tartar sauce made it tasty. Son had a steak lousy tough and tasteless . My grandchildren didn't even like the applesauce pretty strange. The cheeseburger the roll was all dough. And the prices rediculous. The bar was sure busy. Service very good. Have heard same feedback from others. Too bad need new chef taste food while preparing for best results. Salt does wonders and right seasonings.
