Max's serves up delicious homemade comfort food with generous portions and affordable prices. I had a stuffed pepper the size of a grapefruit, filled with tasty rice and beef, along with mashed potatoes, beef barley soup, and dinner rolls - all for under $7. My wife enjoyed a scrumptious tuna melt with barley soup for under $5. The service was quick and friendly, and the daily specials made the experience even better. Max's definitely beats out the typical chain restaurants.
