First time ordering yesterday 9/11/21 for my moms 93rd birthday. Best lasagna and special salad I've ever had. It was all eaten and many compliments from all our guests..

Owner / Manager can care less on ANY ERROR, BEWARE are these % star reviews must be from their employess, and their pizza, server or fried products are ABSOULTELY NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT, GARBAGE!

Our family used to order from Pietro's on an almost weekly basis until we had a bad experience involving a billing issue. I followed up over the course of a week in an effort to have it rectified only to be ignored and hung up on. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to the manager, he told me to stop calling or he would call the cops. I've never been so taken aback. We would've remained loyal customers had it not been for the manager's appalling behavior. Terribly disappointing.

The people who hate this place are ridiculous and have attitude / life problems larger than ordering pizza at a local establishment....place is great. We order lightly baked otherwise, for our taste, the pizza could be a little over done. Have been ordering pizza here since 95. For $8 or so, perfect.

Just had a horrible experience with Pietro's and won't order from them again. Ordered a pizza at 6:05pm for delivery. My wife was told it would be $13.40 and 40 minutes. Called at 7:15 to see where the pizza was. Told it was on the way. Called at 7:45 to see where the pizza was. Told that it was incorrectly marked for pick-up, that a driver was there and that it would be delivered immediately, although probably cold. Driver finally arrived at 8:20 with the presumably cold pizza. He said the price was $3 more than what was stated over the phone. We refused the pizza and opted for a frozen one in the oven.

I love this place order weekly. Love their pizza with garlic--their meat lovers is great too... You can't miss here.

used to order from Pietro's all the time then we moved away for a year and came back. heard they were under new management so I called to see if they still delivered to my house. To my disappointment they don't and the person on the phone was rude about it. Say goodbye to someone who in the past ordered from there 3 to 4 times a week. good riddance.

As far as taste goes, Pietro's is among the best. They really could use work on making it look as good as it tastes. I ordered a pizza with veggie toppings and all the toppings were in the center. I wish I could post a picture of this. Toppings were not spread evenly on the pizza and they were just piled there. And I'm not sure if they were cooked with the pizza or just added on after baking because they just fell off when I went to pick up a slice. Next time, I'll just order plain cheese.

This place used to be a great local pizza joint. They are under new ownership now and the service and quality has gone way down hill. We had a wrong order and when we called to complain the owner questioned why it took so long to call. We told him that he was being rude and we said word of mouth is bad for business and that we could always take our business elsewere. He responded with go ahead I really don't care. His arrogance was unbelievable. Stay away!! The pizza quality and service is very bad!
