I wanted to share my experience after ordering from Sam's in Charles multiple times for work events like birthdays and trainings. Each time, the quality and taste have impressed everyone, with many asking where the food came from. The large cheese pizza is my favorite, but I've enjoyed everything I've tried, and the friendly delivery staff always makes the experience even better.

We have ordered from Sams in the past quite a bit and had very few problems until about 6 months ago. The first problem was when they charged someone else's order to my credit card and it took them a week to sort it out. The next problem was when we ordered and they sent the wrong food which took an hour to receive . When over an hour later they brought the correct food it was cold and all you could taste was old grease! We stupidly ordered again today. We ordered the pick any 3 appetizers ( as we had done in the past with no problems!! ) We get the food and it is all in one container! There were 3 chicken strips, 4 cheese sticks ( which were fried so hard that all the cheese was outside the stick ) and 6 fried mushrooms. When I called to say something about the situation the lady on the phone gave me MAJOR attitude. We called her out on her attitude and hung up only to call a few minutes later call the manager who proceeded to talk over me and condescend me. He accused me of lying and became very angry when I told him the portions he sent were not what they had sent in the past. He says he cooked it himself and was I calling HIM a liar! When I confronted him with all the past issues including the new one he told me he didn't have time to argue with me over petty stuff and to call a different restaurant from now on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! RUN SCREAMING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!

I love this place. Food is amazing and service is top notch. This is one of the only authentic Italian restaurants in the area that tastes authentic and has the atmosphere too!

the pizza was one of the best we ever had, the crust was crisp and kind of sweet in a good way, the sauce put me in orbit (flavorgasim) taste of Italy so yummy, and the cheese stretchy and hot and gooey. just the right amount of each just needs to be cut in pie cut not Chicago style.

The Pizza there is AMAZING!!!!! My family and I eat there every weekend.
