The Philly Steak Sandwich I ordered was hot, fresh, and packed with tender steak, while the owner made the experience even more enjoyable with their pleasant demeanor. Despite its small size, the cleanliness was impressive, and I was thrilled to discover an expansive menu filled with delicious Chicago-style options, including a fantastic corned beef sandwich that surpassed all the others I'd tried in Rockford.

We ordered 2 steak sandwiches on May 31st about 12:30. I wish I knew a name, but whoever the gentleman was, we rate him a solid 10. I have not had a sandwich that was so well made from here in years. It tasted awesome. Awesome employee!! He's a definate keeper!

Dont order the salads, to small for the price, not worth it. Complaining they do nothing, they do not listen to their customers. In retrospect I do like the food and 9 out of 10 they are very friendly.

Michelle Johnson - there is a Sandwich Factory in Murfreesboro, TN. I don't know if that is near you but it is a lot closer than Rockford!!

I was born and raised in Rockford for the past 16yrs I have been living in Savannah Tn. and you would not believe how many times I have had a craving for a steak sandwich deluxe. I would give anything just to have one.
