The management here is fantastic, and the service is top-tier, making every visit a pleasure. The food is absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like the blackened salmon and tiramisu that keep me coming back for more. Plus, the atmosphere is chill and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out.

Went to the Comedy night on 1/27/12. It was so busy you couldnt get a table, I would have called ahead of time for a reservation had I known they were accepting them. Their website and facebook promo had no mention of making reservations. Not fun planning it all week just to get there and find out you should have made reservations. Needless to say they had all the extra people trying to cram into the bar. They were understaffed and it was impossible to order drinks. It was too lound in the bar to hear the comedians on stage. We eventually left after about an hour of standing in a crowded corner and not getting any service. I would maybe consider going back if I had reservations but probably wont due to the fact that they have no employees to help when its the bussiest.

My husband & ordered a pizza from here the other night for the first time and couldn't believe that an "Italian Ristorante" would use CANNED MUSHROOMS on their pizza! GROSS is an understatement! We have had their other food and we were quite pleased but the pizza is out for us. Please change this Franchesco's!!!!

We had dinner at franchescos tonight for the first time.i must say it was one of the best dining experiences we have had!first off our waiter was Nick and he was great!!!! we never had to wait for anything he was always there to make sure we were happy.great job nick!!!we had chicken marsala and crab stuffed lemon sole. both dishes were superb!!there was so much crab in the sole we were shocked!the piano playing in the diningroom was beautiful! I cant say enough good things about this place I will recommend it to everyone I know!!! Our only complaint is that we had so much food that we didnt have room for dessert!! lol it is just a beautiful adult atmosphere!!!!!! keep up the great work and we will be seeing you again real soon!

The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great..... but the food was not up to our expectations. My prime rib was awful and probably one of the worst I have ever been served. The vegetables were served under the meat, which ended up being soggy and soaked in the meat juice. The French onion soup was a waste of time. The bread was awesome, probably my favorite part of the meal. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of food. I'm sorry to say, we were all completely disappointed. The worst part of the night was a phone call from my husband's mother saying she got very sick after she ate with us and lost all the food from dinner.

We have now eaten at Franchesco's three times and found the atmosphere, service and quality of food to be superior. It is a beautiful place to go for a special occasion but also a great place for a Friday fish special at only $9.95. We cannot find anything wrong with the establishment. I also took a client there and she was very impressed with the upscale surroundings as well as the food and service.

My wife and I dined at Franchesco's on the evening of Jan 22, 2010. We had a reservation for 6:00 pm. The place looked "First Class", the food was good, our waiter was good but when they refused to accept a gift card that was purchased when they were at their old location we were shocked. The management basically said that they weren't honoring it because they didn't have to. In our minds this restaurant went from first class to a small time operation. The gift certificate didn't have an expiration date on it and although it did mention the location of the old location, it didn't say that it would be would be worthless if Franchesco's relocated.
It was only a $50 card and we would never have guessed that a place like this would throw away a customer to avoid honoring an old gift card.
You just never know.
