There's a taco truck near my workplace that I never paid much attention to until my coworkers insisted I try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options they had on the menu, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The birria tacos were especially delicious and the prices were reasonable, making it a favorite spot for a quick and tasty meal.
