07/19/2020 - MANAGER SHOUTING
Today 7/18/2020. Ordered on doordash for pick up (bc there was a long line at drive thru) waiting time was 15-20mins. So when it says it was ready at 1:15pm, we went in bc we were just picking up so we didn't line up. As soon as we entered, the MANAGER SHOUTED that there was a queue and we had to line up. Everyone looked at us as if we were fools, so we went in line (which hindi naman dapat kami pipila kasi pick up na at ready na yung order and ganun naman nung last na nagpick up kami hindi na kami pumila so I know na hindi kami pipila). After few minutes she went at the door to assist those lined up in front of us to enter and nung tinignan niya ko sabi na niya agad "you have to wait" eh wala pa akong sinasabi. So tinanong ko kung do i have to fall in line when picking up an order then she asked the name and then she let us in. (SEE? hindi na dapat pumila)
I don't like the way she approached us. WHOEVER YOU ARE! YOU SHOULD FIRST ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP OR WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDS (Hindi yung sisigaw na lang siya na para kaming tanga na hindi namin alam na may pila) PLEASE KUNG MABABASA MO MAN TO ATE (I think she's the manager basta she's wearing the gray uniform) PLEASE DO BETTER.
