I've discovered several Chinese eateries in Sacramento, and this one has secured a spot in my top picks. The salt pepper wings and chow fun here are exceptional, even surpassing my favorite dishes at other places. I feel this restaurant could attract more customers if they enhance the ambiance a bit, but overall, the food and service are fantastic.
