Stopped by with my pals while in the area and the service was outstanding! Vampire Penguin was a pleasant surprise for us first-timers. The shaved ice was absolutely divine - can't wait to go back for more! A must-visit for a quirky Halloween-themed treat in SAC - the shaved ice at Vampire Penguin is a real winner.
