This restaurant offers a unique experience tucked away below the other dining options in Old Town, which I learned is the original street level of Sacramento. The ambiance is lovely, the jazz musicians create a fantastic atmosphere, and while the prime rib was average this time, the salads were excellent and the prices reasonable.
