I ordered on mobile app and after submitting noticed it was not contactless. I called manager (not the general manager) immediately within 2 minutes who indicated I could not cancel that I must come in store and if I don't I would still be charged. Said I couldn't and asked if I could just pick up at drive thru. She refused and told me she could not refund me my money. She was exceptionally rude and even hung up on me. That will be the last time I go to that store. I'm a customer and on top it with COVID such rudeness from a manager is not acceptable. It's not the first time there have been issues with this store in fact it happens almost every time. I would stay clear of this store.

Every time I have been there for picking up dinner, I've been told they are always out of something like chicken breasts. Plus, the drive up waiting has been wrapped around the building. Once I waited in line for 38 minutes only to, arrive at the order window and be told they can't fill my order. They chicken tastes great and, that's the only reason I continue to go back. Short of that I continue to wonder what's going on at Popeye's????

Worst experience ever. Drive thru was the only thing open, the kid basically threw the bag at my husband AND then our order was wrong. Food was cold, sandwiches were soggy, they had obviously been sitting there forever. My husbands sandwich looked like a chicken tender on a bun.
Do NOT recommend this place. Perhaps a different location? Idk. We had never tried it but with all the hype about the chicken sandwich thought we would--big mistake. Will NOT be back.
