After having an issue I tried to contact the owner, was met with rude and hateful language from manger Nicole who sounds more like a child! Owner ignores this store and leaves untrained staff to run it. I called three times asking for a call back and got not response! I decided it's not a good place to visit and we refuse to go back after getting a Wow reply from owner! Poor customer service and less than helpful
