The food, decor and service at Pepe's are superb. My last visit here a few years ago, when the interior resembled a ladies' tea room. Now The ambience is decidedly more sleek with contemporary appointments. My seafood pasta was well-prepared. The atmosphere at the bar is jovial and friendly and the repartee among patrons is humorous. Being new to St. Louis, I'm uncertain whether there is an Apartment One.

We' ve been there 4 times, so, obviously we like it. food, service, ambience, are all first rate. ( I pushed 4 stars, not 5, but it wouldn't let me give 4. )
Also, your website says "view menu" but there is no menu. vERY annoying.
