She got our order wrong. Refused to give me the owner or manager to talk to. Claimed she was the manager but hung up on me. Refused to refund me my money even though I didn't eat the product. Had it in perfect condition. Employees shouldn't cus at customers and hang up on the phone. The food was cold, the wrap was soggy and the chips were stale. Absolutely appalling. Never been to a place so unkempt.

Then upon reading more similar reviews regarding very similar problems. These employees are horrible to their customers and their community. Would never recommend! They blame their customers for their mistakes, they are sloppy in professional appearance. There are no refunds for their mistakes and they overage for American-Mexican food. Nothing authentic about this place.
I literally never write a review. But this place is garbage.
