I'm a huge fan of Vinh Chop Suey in north St. Louis, particularly their special fried rice. The mix of pork, beef, ham, and shrimp creates a unique and delicious flavor that I can't find anywhere else in the area. While the exterior of the restaurant may not be the most inviting, the food is worth the slight adventure and is always satisfying.
