Had the worst experience there. And one that I would have loved to rectify, but was basically ignored for the hour we were there. It started when we walked in. The hostess didn't even look at us- and when a server walked up she asked him to seat us, which he did but never said a word. When our actual server, Mathew finally came over everything seemed back on track...at first. Then time kept ticking...table after table got served. Mathew would be in sight now and again, but would never even look our way. When I did finally get his attention- he went in back never to be seen again. It expired, we got up and walked out. We were a party of 2. We ordered a biscuit breakfast sandwich and a tofu sandwich with NO modifications. It wasn't particularly busy either. Bad service all around. I would have asked for a manager but after literally being ignored by all the staff, I thought I'd repay the behavior & hit the review circuit. Maybe they'll be more apt to reach out to me. I'd welcome the chance to speak to one. Been for dinner here once before and it was a delightful experience. Maybe they aren't cut out for the brunch/lunch set.
