This Chinese restaurant is a solid choice for a casual meal with loved ones. The combo options for lunch and dinner are a good value, offering a variety of tasty dishes. However, I did notice some issues with the service during my recent visits, such as delays in receiving our food and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke on one occasion. Despite these minor setbacks, the food quality and reasonable pricing make Mandarin Garden a reliable spot for satisfying Chinese cuisine.
