Food & restaurant: Nothing was labeled, majority of the food was dried out and seemed not to be at the right temperatures, including cotton, candy, hard to chew had to through it away. Don't let your kids eat it! Saw at the sushi bar food in a container underneath counter where it is being prepared, not refrigerated. Very dirty place, including around the food serving containers. Also had empty containers sitting around on the lines along with dirty dish cloths laid out everywhere. Grill equipment scrapings from previously cooked food piled up. Observed staff working hard and nice, but unclean habits with the food. Complaint sent to SLCO Health Dept. Very dirty environment!
