The mini eclairs at this bakery are my absolute favorite treat. Stepping inside feels like being wrapped in a warm hug, it's just so comforting and cozy. The memories I have of this bakery are truly special, and I always look forward to indulging in their delicious pastries.

Within a hair of being as fantastic as my moms homemade chocolate eclairs, she used to make by hand. She would hand shape the shells with a table knife. It took many hours of hard work and love!!!
