We've been regulars here for years and always enjoy the food. Catherine, the owner, is super friendly and we love supporting her place. The food is delicious and the prices are fair - it's our favorite spot for Chinese takeout.

They have very good food! We especially love their Cashew Chicken Combo! And their fried pot stickers or called Dumplings!

LOVE this restaurant. We used to live in Centerville so it was close and we did take-out almost weekly. 13 years ago we moved to North Salt Lake and even though we have several Chinese restaurants within blocks of us, we still drive back to Centerville for Empire! Just love the food and the people there. My husband used to travel to Hong Kong and Taiwan several times a year for his work. His said this food is the closest he has found to the food he ate there. We always do Take-out so I cant rate the restaurant experience. Its not on the menu - but ask for Double sauteed sliced pork and have them give you a little cup of chili paste with it (its Not Char-su pork). Hubby says this tastes exactly like one of his favorite dishes he gets in Hong Kong.

We went here for my daughter's birthday dinner. After seeing such a good review we thought we would try it out. We were very disappointed. The food was not very good. There was no salt in the rice. Everything was a bit cold, even though we didn't have to wait very long. We didn't like the set up. Would prefer to sit and read a menu rather than order at a counter like fast food,

It's the best for what it is. Quick, Casual, Economic dining. Wonderful Staff at work. Good honest workers who give you a fair deal.
