The chocolate custard at Nielsen's is absolutely divine, with a smooth and creamy texture that is unmatched. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful as I navigated the extensive menu options. I particularly enjoyed the generous portion sizes and the overall quick and courteous service provided. I'll definitely be returning to Nielsen's for more of their delicious custard and excellent customer experience.

I agree, if you want a burger go to a burger place, but if you want fantastic frozen custard. ....this is the place!

You DO NOT go to Nielsen's for hamburgers, and such. You can get better of those things at a million other places. The ONLY reason to go to Nielsen's Frozen Custard is the Frozen Custard. It's one of the best things I, myself, have ever tasted, and you can't get anything like it anywhere else in Utah.

These negative reviews have to be for the Bountiful location. I have never received good or friendly service from the Bountiful location they always seem angry, put out and RUDE! On the flip side I have never received bad service from the Layton location. The food is always wonderful and the staff is always nice and friendly. I was so glad to find the Layton custard because I really missed it after I quit going to the Bountiful location.

We waited at the drive-up for 30 mins, We watched 4 groups get their order and leave. The only reason we waited was because we had nothing to do and wanted to see how long it would take them. Every time we have been there the customer service is TERRIBLE. The order did not even come out right. We even watched the car in front of us pull into a parking spot and eat. The finished and were gone about 10 mins before we got our order

The service at this location is AWFUL! Please DO NOT waste your time by going to this location. A confrontational employee and no manager to be found. The person who 'was the manager' just watched rather than came to help. Awful service!! OH.. And our burgers were raw in the middle. Nasty!
