Ordered a hamburger simple..the hamburger meat was so small and burnt couldn't eat it I spent $19 and it was crap both burgers western one and plain hamburger...if you can't make a simple hamburger get out of the business and quit ripping ppl off with this food....so very unhappy and mad 😑

It's unfortunate that we like the food at Pace's because the drive thru service is horrendous. 30 minutes tonight... yep 30. Picking up for husband otherwise would have NEVER waited. Fresh is great but prompt service is a must also.

I like this eatery, they have good food and treats, however they frequently mess up my country burgers or cheese burgers. As an example, today I ordered a country burger with cheese and mayo only. When I got back to my office, I find a tiny dab of mayo and no cheese. No cheese on a cheeseburger! If these fast food places would not be in such a hurry to get you to "biggie" size your order, there would be more happy customers.
