For as long as I can remember, my family has enjoyed our Christmas Eve tamales from this local spot, and I couldn't wait to dive in as a customer this year. The masa is so flavorful and the tamales melt in your mouth, making it easy to see why the lines can get long, especially during the holidays-definitely worth the wait!

My family has been loyal customers of this tamale spot since I was a child, and this year I finally got to experience the deliciousness for myself. The masa is perfection, with just the right amount of flavorful meat in each bite. Be prepared for long lines, but trust me, the wait is worth it for the best tamales you'll ever taste!

The food was very good. What I'm upset about is the price. Online the price for a 1 pound of all-meat barbacoa is $9.50, when my husband went, he was charged $16.50 per pound. He ordered 2 pounds and he was charged $33.00. They need to change the prices online because that is a big difference. This was on Aug. 26, 2023, he bought it because it was our grandson's 13th birthday and that is what he wanted for breakfast. He paid $51.57 for 2 pounds of all meat, .5 pounds of regular, 1 doz. flour and 1 doz. corn and half a pound of chicharrones. I don't think we will be back. Next time CHECK your receipt.
