ordered 10 piece catfish & 10 piece shrimp. Prices on menu are very much different from actual prices. I'm retired army.& I don't lie to get a meal or discounted meal. Young lady working register, basically caled me a liar when I tried to order posted prices. I correctly ordered from internet prices . She told me the prices weren't for that Bayseas. Which was not true, I ordered correctly. She was very rude & standoffish. I won't go back . They lost a good customer & I'll tell friends & family not to go there also. This was not the 1st time that young lady was rude. The older ladies there are very pleasant to work with & have never been rude.

I grew up loving Bayseas. My first paycheck, I went and ordered my fish dinner. The quality food, excellent service and awesome staff make you feel like family. You want these types of relationships with the people who are feeding you and your family. It was great then and it's fantastic now.

We have been going to Bayseas for years. We have always had great service and an excellent food experience. The food is always just the right temperature and the the staff always greats you upon entering the restaurant. They always give you an extra piece of fish or two. Of course, I can only speak for the restaurant in Converse. We don't really eat at the rest of Bayseas restaurants, so we cannot offer a recommendation like the one in Converse, TX. Best fish in San Antonio, TX. Bar none.

Customer service was very professional. Very helpful in suggesting of different items. Food was fresh cooked and delicious. I had fried catfish, shrimp, fries, hushpuppies, collard greens & rice. Will be purchasing food there again. Best seafood I've had since moving here in 2018👍👍

Was not pleased at all. We got the trout family order. Although the portions were huge- which considering how much we paid was nice - the fish was disgusting. It was VERY fishy. It was also not cleaned well. I know we could have complained and tried getting our money back, but we opted to throw it out and just not go back. It smelled really good, but the flavor was awful. I do not find some fishiness, but this was really bad. I will say the coleslaw, fries, hush puppies, and tartar sauce were good. Which is why I gave it two stars and not 1.

The best place in town to get your money's worth. The portions are huge and the staff is always friendly. Food is great and the swamp water is the best in Texas.

Bayseas have the best fried oysters around. Their fish is also wonderful. My wife and I love this place. I can highly recommend.

I called in my order and paid for my food and than the staff lost my ticket. Who loses an order ticket!!! An hour later I leave and when I get home I find out that I am missing items and the food was cold and tasted terrible. I would encourage you to go to the closest Long John Silver because the food quality is about the same and the price is much better.

It was a Friday evening, I understand that they get busy on Fridays but this is not an excuse that they lost our order and we had to wait over 50 minutes to get our order, needles to say that I had to wait for my tea for 15 minutes because the servers had their head up their you know what and keep passing and not bringing it and after they brought it, I had to ask 3 times for straw and sweet and low???? there were people that they came after us and they got their meal and finished any left while we were still waiting for our food. They have a line for to go order and not knowing that this is also for to pay for your food so that means, I had to wait another 30 minute to pay for our meal.Don't get me wrong, the food is great but service SUCKS ROYALTY. THIS WAS MY LAST TIME THAT I WILL BE GOING TO THIS PLACE

I just want to clarify... I am rating Bay Seas Seafood in Converse, TX with FIVE STARS. Excellent food, excellent quantity, and a wonderfully fantastic staff. You won't be disappointed!!!

Being from Birmingham, Alabama, as well as being the middle child and the only girl in my family, I was introduced to the Art of Cooking at a very early age. If I prepared and cooked a dish that tasted like Mommy's then I knew that I had done a GREAT JOB!! I experienced the same last evening when I returned home with my "Food to Go" order from BaySeas Seafood!! Everything was... perfection!! My order consisted of the Catfish Combo (2pieces, 2 shrimp, 2 oysters), 5 shrimp, and Fried Mushrooms with Ranch dressing for dipping. Both seafood orders came with fries. Everything was fantastic as though I had cooked it myself!! I arrived about 7:30 and was warmly greeted by a very nice young man (unfortunately I can't remember his name) who directed me where I could pick up my food. Again, I was warmly greeted by Jade and Miss Brenda who instantly made me feel as though I was a part of their family!! Unfortunately, I didn't meet Steve who cooked my food. This will definitely NOT be my last visit and for the quantity and quality of the food the money I spent was very reasonable and so worth it!!!
