We visited the Dodging Duck last Saturday and had a great time. The grilled beef medallions were the most tender beef I've ever had, with a great taste from the marinade. My wife had their heart of Boerne salad and loved it. Service was great--a very nice group of people. The beer is fabulous. We'll see you there--we're going to be regulars!

We had dinner there after the graduation of two grand sons. There were 6 adults and three children. We arrived at 7:00 PM and sat in the porch. The waitress took our drink order, 5 beers ad 4 soft drinks. When the drinks came, we ordered dinner mostly hamburgers. At 7:45, we still didn't have our food. and two teenagers came in, sat down and ordered drinks and hamburgers. They were served, eat and were finished by 8:00. Our waitress asked us several times if we wanted more beer and said the food was on it's way. We said we just wanted the food, which finally came at 8:15. We eat and finally had to ask for a check, which came at 8:55. The food wasn't bad, but way overpriced and the service was the worst I've ever had. They also added 20% gratuity, which brought the bill to over $150.00!!! Needless to say, we won't be back.
