The on-site cooking by Jesus was exceptional, with fresh and vibrant garnishes that added a festive touch to the meat dishes. The handmade tortillas, both flour and corn, were bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the homemade salsas. The mariachi group, Mariachi Estrellas de Chula Vista, provided the ideal musical backdrop, making it a memorable dining experience for any occasion.

My son wanted tacos for his 21st birthday. When I texted them five minutes past the time they should have arrived to begin setting up, I was told his servers were in an accident and going to the hospital so they would not be coming. Hmm"¦what a coincidence that same excuse was used on another client a year ago.

We verbally had a date and time for this catering company, recommended by a friend. We agreed on 5pm to start with food available at 6pm. We were having a graduation party for our granddaughter and her friends . We called them at 5:30 to find out where they were and they said they had an issue but food would be ready for us by 6pm. The van finally showed up at 6:45 with one person to cater that had to prepare the food by setting up her grill and cooking that was ready by 7:15. Some of our guests could not stay, our granddaughter was very upset. An evening that should have been special was upsetting because this company did NOT keep their dedicated contracted time with us. They were 1hour and 45 minutes behind schedule.
