During my pregnancy, I frequented this BBQ food truck for their incredible dishes. Hailing from Texas, I can confidently say this is some of the best BBQ I've had outside of the Lone Star State. It's disappointing that they are no longer at Novo, and I hope they make a return soon. The ribs were tender and flavorful, complemented by a smoky base and a peppery dry rub, while the coleslaw with yellow bell pepper added a sweet and tangy note.
