After moving to Fallbrook last year, I discovered that while many people suggested Robertitos for Mexican food, I found Rosa's Mexican Food to be far superior. The carne asada burrito and shrimp tacos were both delicious, and the service was friendly, making it a place I will definitely return to.

Very disappointing. Wanted to sit on the patio and had to sit at a table that wasn't clear (from previous patrons). I ordered fish tacos and my friend ordered rolled tacos. Chips and salsa and drinks arrived fairly quickly but for our tacos we had to wait 20 minutes! That is probably because they had to defrost the fish fillets. I asked the waitress if the fish was frozen and she said it was fresh, but I knew different. I later called Rosa's and was told that the fish was indeed frozen (I already knew but wanted them to admit it). I could have fixed that at home! We ordered horchata to drink and would have liked a refill but was told that are no refills. (I should have asked for no ice as there was hardly any drink with all the ice).
So to sum everything up, the patio needed to be cleared in a timely manner, the waitresses need to be knowledgible of the menu , service needs to be more efficient, and no frozen food.
Needles to say I will not return to Rosa's. I don't need to!
