I had a wonderful time at Hotel Del experiencing their holiday festival of lights and enjoying night ice-skating, followed by delicious holiday desserts at their beachside cafí©. The view was breathtaking, and the food was fantastic, especially the loaded hoisin fries and the chocolate peanut butter cake bomb, which was my favorite among the treats we sampled.
