We have been there several times now and each time I like it even more. Everything I've ordered is really good and as far as I'm concerned, I will go there for breakfast and lunch over any other cafe in El Cajon because of such a full menu and excellent food. I'm also going to try the dinner menu as I'm sure it will be exceptional.

Our first time there 5-26, 2016 and it won't be our last! Amazing restaurant!!! Friendly, efficient staff, marvelous cook, great home town cooking atmosphere. A menu you won't believe and !!!!! if you are from the South THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU LOVE EGGS AND GRITS!!! Cooked to perfection! Fantastic coffee all this.... and yesterday's prices! They are open for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of parking and outdoor patio as well as lots of seating inside! We really give this ten stars!!!!!

My MIL, my daughter and I ate there a week ago. We loved the place, the dí©cor and the servers were awesome. We loved the coffee mugs and the food was fantastic. I loved the "mail man", the English muffin was perfect. We'll go again for sure!

An excellent restaurant...best BBQ ribs that I've had in San Diego...sorry they only do the baby backs now, their st louis ribs were meatier...but baby backs are 'in vogue'...excellent service in the evenings...just ok for breakfast...can't wait to go again for dinner.
